About the event
Join Lynsey Genevieve, mother of 5, Ayurvedic Doula & Lactation Coach with 20 years of experience; Wednesday mornings 9am-10am for our Sattva Mamas group. In Ayurveda, Sattva is the the principle of balance, harmony, goodness, luminosity, serenity, peacefulness. We will have tea and talk about how to cultivate these qualities through nourishment & self-care practices for mind, body & soul to support your parenting journey. For: Prenatal & Postpartum mamas! Babies in arms welcome. (6 weeks to pre walking). I am happy to offer in home private sessions prior to 6 weeks postpartum. 20.00 drop in or 60.00 for four week session package.
