Join Lynsey owner and Ayurvedic doula & lactation coach at MatriTerra on Wednesday mornings for our Sattva Mamas group. In Ayurveda, Sattva is the principle of balance, harmony, goodness, luminosity, serenity, peacefulness. We will have tea and talk about how to cultivate these qualities through nourishment and self care practices for mind, body and soul to support your parenting journey. For: Prental & Postpartum! Babies in arms welcome (6 weeks to pre walking). Im happy to offer in home private sessions for prior to 6 weeks postpartum. 20.00 drop in or 60.00 for 4 week session package.
